To ban the use of dogs by police and institute that all officers are not allowed to use lethal force on dogs unless bitt

Created by J.W. on March 29, 2016

Hello, please read my full conjecture. I believe the use of dogs in subduing criminals is a breach of human rights because dogs can injure people without knowing so and if a person protects themselves from lethal injury are charged with assualting an officer. Also I believe all officers should be instituted to carry dog treats as a form of deterring attacks by dogs, and also not be allowed to use lethal force on dogs or pets unless bitten by the animal because often officers shoot before trying to deter the dog. These are pets to families who invest and care for these animals as family, killing them because officers are startled is a lack of professionalism and a breach of animal cruelty violations because the intention of the animal is unknown until the officers is inadvertently bitten
