An order should be signed by Obama that states neither he nor anyone in his administration will be allowed to deploy a drone strike against any US citizen, especially on US soil. Eric Holder announced on March 5, 2013 that the President was "well within his rights" to do so under "extraordinary situations" - these situations were not defined at the time.
This is a blatant violation of the 4th-6th, 8th, and 14th amendments of the US Constitution and should be recognized as such.
