Ban the use of fear causing instruments.

In the wake of recent events the manufacture and use of fear causing instruments such as airplanes should be banned. After 9/11 the fear of someone using an airplane to cause harm to members of this nation has weighed heavy. So to limit the availability of access to the fear instruments by terrorists and people of diminished mental capacity all airplanes should be banned from sale/use for an indefinite amount of time.
