ban the use of gas chambers as a way of executing shelter animals.

Currently there are 26 states that either use gas chambers to mass kill animals or do not have it banned. Gas chambers are used to slowly suffocate animals, which is cruel and should be considered animal abuse. This petition was made to create a nationwide ban on gas chambers because it is wrong to suffocate animals as a form of euthanasia.
