Ban the use of guns and weapons in images and posters used for advertising entertainment.

Gun crime in the USA is out of control. We hear about big shootings far too often and change is needed now. We know the Second Amendment gives Americans the right to bear arms, but something has to be done about the images of weapons we see on a daily basis. The entertainment industry has made weapons glamorous and images glamorizing weapons are used everywhere to advertise movies, TV shows, computer games, music albums, books, comic books and more. While we may not be able to change their content, we CAN petition against the way they advertise and reduce the images of weapons we see daily. These images are having a seriously negative effect on our culture and the next generation is growing up seeing these images as 'normal'. This may not be the big answer to gun control, but it's a start.
