High fructose corn syrup or corn syrup is an industrial food product and far from Natural or a naturally occurring substance. It is NOT biochemically Identical or processed the same way by the body as cane sugar. Since the Introduction of HFCS over a decade ago and the removal of cane sugar. Obesity rates have soared along with other health related problems. HFCS is most commonly found in Soda and a lot of other food products you find on your shelves in the grocery store.
