Ban the use of known cancer/disease causing chemicals in food and Cosmetics. Specifically, parabens, BPA, sulfates, etc.

Created by D.S. on November 02, 2011

Food and Cosmetic manufacturers should no longer be able to put chemicals that are known to cause cancer, disease and reproductive harm into products without proper warnings. Manufacturers should be required to clearly label all products that contain chemicals which are known to, or could cause cancer or disease. (Especially in products marketed to children, or for infants.)

Chemicals like BPA, Sulfates, and Parabens are known to cause cancer, reproductive harm, diabetes, miscarriage,
chromosome abnormalities, and more...

It should be mandatory that all products containing cancer or disease causing chemicals, contain warning messages akin to the restrictions currently put on tobacco and alcohol.
