The news announcement made by the White House on Friday, June 20 that a federal strategy has begun to reverse the decline of honeybees and other pollinators is encouraging, but part of this strategy MUST include a federal ban on neonicotinoid pesticides which are scientifically proven to increase their decline. Please enact this vital restriction! The country must be responsible in our actions to protect agricultural and environmental resources. There is no good reason for anything less than a complete ban. "Neonicotinoids are killing the web of life."
