Ban the use of nuclear energy for whatever purpose, due to the fact that it is hazardous beyond human containment .

Nuclear Energy is being used primarily in the defense industry and for conversion to electrical energy. If in the former case a bomb is detonated then the consequences of other nations also using their nuclear arsenals creates a nightmare scenario for the whole world. In the latter case where nuclear energy is supposedly harnessed for the benefit of humanity we see that the hazards involved are too dangerous for the world to risk any eventuality, whether natural or unnatural whereby those installations of peaceful energy are transformed into world health hazards. Therefore the only sane thing to do is to unitedly ban the use of nuclear material for any purpose.
