The use of political parties has crippled the Governments ability to serve the public. Political parties were created as an easy way for voters to identify with candidates. This allows you to vote for an idiology and assumes everyone in the political party has the same values and beliefs. Times have changed and so has technology. Television ads, commericals, web sites, and social media have make it almost impossible to aviod political advertising. The outdated process of voting based on political party idiology and not the candidates personal views does not reflect the complicated issues of todays world. Banning political parties would loosen the grip the political machine has on the peoples government and allow voters to vote for individuals, not political idiologies.
