Ban the use of semi automatic and select fire firearms used by the Secret Service and other political bodyguards.

I believe if the Democratic politicians want to ban the ownership of semi automatic firearms for CITIZENS of the United States the same ban should be placed on police officers, secret service and other political security agents.They should be returned to using service revolvers, lever action rifles and pump action shotguns! There has not been an attack on an American President or.politician that has resulted in the security detail firing enough shots to deem select fire OR semi automatic fire necessary! If they don't NEED these weapons they shouldnt have them. Since this what you believe applies to the AMEarICAN CITIZENS so shall it apply to the security details guarding politicians.
