Ban the use of speed cameras and other forms of remote surveillance used to punish American citizens and residents.

Created by N.G. on June 29, 2013

The use of cameras, drones, and automated surveillance should not be used to automatically charge Americans with a crime.
The current trend of speed cameras capturing thousands of "violators", mailing criminal citations, and expecting citizens to "confess" to a crime and pay a fine in punishment is a clear rights violation.
This trend could eventually escalate to automated surveillance of other citizen activities.
