Ban the Use of Tear Gas by Law Enforcement on American Soil

Created by M.L. on August 17, 2014

Tear gas is a chemical weapon. The use of tear gas against enemy combatants in times of war is banned by the Chemical Weapons Convention of 1993, which the United States is a signatory. Yet tear gas is being used on American soil in Ferguson, Missouri. We the People petition the Obama Administration to support a law banning the use of tear gas on American soil.
