Ban the use of temporary employees from temp agencies to fill positions by instead hiring people in directly.

Properly boost the National workforce by banning the use of temporairy employees through temporairy staffing company's to fill employment positions. Without this, companys will continue to employ people at A significantly lower wage than someone who was directly hired in to the company. Temporary employees receive NO insurance benifits, NO raise, NO VACATION or PERSONAL days, and NO explination for why they were not hired in, and instead relieved from their job after they have worked their required ammount of time to be hired in by the company. Basically if A company has enough work to keep "temps" working year round, they have enough work to add people to the payroll if they qualify for the position.
