Ban the use of traffic control cameras in New York State.

Created by T.S. on September 13, 2014

People all over the country are struggling, especially in New York. The taxes and rents have made it nearly impossible for all but the wealthy to live comfortably. Recently, The state has installed red light and school zone speed cameras in order to protect us, but the reality is they don't. Since the inception of the red light cameras, accidents are up 300% and who is protected by enforcement of a 20 MPH speed limit between 9 and 2, while the kids are still in school? These cameras not only violate the 6th amendment, but they are enraging citizens who are already struggling to survive. In my opinion this is nothing more than a blatant act by the state to fix the financial problems it caused in the first place. The state ruined it's economy and the citizens shouldn't be punished for it.
