We need an immediate ban on ALL vehicles that can exceed the speed limit. Children are not safe in vehicles which may be able to exceed the speed limit. Vehicle accidents due to speeding kill more children than guns or medical mistakes. Why do people need such fast and powerful vehicles if there is a speed limit? Don't you want to protect the children from speed demons?
