Over the recent years, DLC (Downloadable Content) has been released to expand on a video game that has been sold to the public. This data was separate from the game disk itself and usually provided extra features (costumes, abilities, items, etc.) that would be considered "added" to the games content. Recently in the past few years, Developers/Publishers have been releasing games with this content already on the disk and wanting you to pay for the ability to unlock them. Doing this negates the fact that you are downloading extra content but just paying for more content that is already on the disk. I am petitioning that this be stopped, that all extra content should be left outside of the original game instead of just locked away as a data file you need to pay extra to unlock.
