Ban violence in video games to promote a more peaceful, and emotionally stable youth generation.

Created by R.G. on January 08, 2013

Violence in video games is extremely common among our youth. This violence can put negative images into their minds and will have a life long effect. It is the federal governments duty to institute a federal ban on violent video games.

America has endured to much bloodshed from violent acts such as the Columbine School massacre and the recent Sandy Hook School shooting. These acts must be stopped. Three culprits of these horrifying crimes, (Eric Harris, Dylan Klebold, and Adam Lanza) had obsessions with violent video games. There are also reports that terror organizations use these "games" for training purposes.

If we want these tragedies to stop, many measures must be taken, including banning violence (such as the killing of another human being) in video games and interactive media.
