Ban weapons sales to nations that enforce oppressive religious law

Many countries of the world use religion as a front to oppress thier populace. In several countries, church is heavily integrated into the nation's government, and used as a tool to manipulate citizens and silence dissidents. In the United States Bill of Rights, separation of church and state is included. The United States should not proliferate the hybridization of the two entities, and should not enable governments that do to execute individuals for alchohol consumption, homosexuality, religious dissidence, and many other 'crimes'.
