Ban the wearing of Cargo Shorts in public throughout America.

For years now, cargo shorts have plagued our great nation. They are unsightly, gross, and smell bad in most cases. Plain and simple, they are a walking eyesore. Not only this, but we believe them to be a threat to our nation. As my father always said "Never trust a man with more than four pockets." Who knows what they could be hiding in there? Probably illegal substances and weapons. Also, how is our nation to survive, if no women will be willing to reproduce with the cargo short wearers. We the people see it fit that possession and manufacturing of cargo shorts are immediately declared illegal, and for a four pocket limit to be declared, for the best interest of America.
