Ban the wearing of cargo shorts in the United States and all of it's territories.

Cargo shorts are a detriment to our society in many ways. First and foremost it makes our country look poor when foreigners visit and see many of our citizens walking around in cargo shorts. This not only effects how the rest of the world views the United States as a nation, but ultimately it puts a strain on our economy. No one wants to do business or associate with people who wear cargo shorts. Cargo shorts also promote stealing and selling drugs. If you think of it who needs that many pockets unless you are trying to steal something or need to hold large amounts of drugs on your person without being suspicious. If you really want to protect our children President Obama then you will pass this law.
