With the devastation caused every year by Polar Vortexes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. the US government needs to investigate the feasibility of controlling Mother Nature. Stopping wild weather variations will have a beneficial effect on the economy and the well-being of every US citizen. China successfully controlled certain aspects of the weather when it recently hosted the Summer Olympics and Russia used weather controls to ensure it had enough snow for the recent Winter Olympics. Can we afford to fall behind the Chinese and Russians in this area?
