Please ban the websites topix.com and topix.net. These sites allow for annonymous bullying, defamation, and other hurtful remarks that can cause harm to individuals or businesses. There is no moderation other than the reporting system that can take days to get something removed, but doesnt stop the person from reposting the same thing. If legal actions can not be taken to ban it completely, force them to require registration with legitimate email addresses to help curb the bullying and annonmmous posting of hurtful remarks.
