A study found that at least half of suicides among young people are caused by bullying. After hearing about kids, teens, and adults hurting or killing themselves because of online bullying you would hope that the government would ban any and all websites that allow or are specifically made for online bullying, harassment, malicious lies, and serve absolutely no good purpose other than to hurt people.
