Ban websites such as Mugshots.com, as they profit from preventing small-time offenders from pursuing employment.

The criminal justice system is meant to be a "correction" facility. However, such corrections are futile when, despite innocence or expungement, one's history of arrest is visible to all, including prospective employers, upon the internet. To worsen matters, one must pay anywhere from $98-$1500, a fine which one who struggles to find work would find impossible to pay, and impossible to find money for since the very posting deprives them of employment. Ban websites such as "www.mugshots.com", "www.bustedmugshots.com", and "www.mugshot-catalog.com". These websites cripple small-time offenders permanently and should be made illegal.
