United States wireless companies have been misleading consumers for years under the guise of "Unlimited" data. The truth is: Unlimited does not mean unlimited. In some cases once you reach a predetermined data cap on your unlimited plan you will either receive overage charges or your data will be throttled to the point of being practically unusable. It's deceptive marketing and it's time for it to end.
There are three main components of a cellular plan: text messages, cellular minutes, and data. The word unlimited holds true in regards to text messages and minutes on cell plans (when you have an all unlimited plan). So why do they get blur the line of truth regarding data?
