This would put a stop to Telemarketing calling people at any time. Phone Companies would have to block all Telemarketing Calls! Phone Companies would have to block all Telemarketing Calls from other countries! No one would be able to get a license to run a Telemarketing business in the U.S.! Anyone using a phone for Telemarketing would get a fine. The F.T.C. would have the authority To fine anyone in violation of law!
