Bangladesh Government making too much crime with civil people.

I am Bangladeshi but working in Middle east. Everyday I am watching News from T.V and Radio. Also talking with my families by telephone. Every day Police are killing too many civilian people by the order of government. Its 100% correct that the International criminal court is not independent, The court is the one kind of doll of Government of Bangladesh.We have no complain if the government punish the real criminals, but they are making a drama and giving punishment their opposite party only.
I kindly request that US government will take some necessary steps to stop the illegal action on civil people.
