Banish eletronic balot boxes in Brazilian election system.

The current system allows fraud because neither voters nor candidates have the right to question the results .The system prevents the voter to make sure that his choice is properlycomputed by the eletronic balot box outcome. No receipt detailing one's candidate choice is issued, and therefore the results cannot be confronted. The Parties are denied access to the balot box software.The Major Election Court is under the Executive Power (that is, the President nominates all the judges that take part in that Court.)
