With the majority of high school students taking the PSAT, SAT, ACT, AP tests, and many others, state-wide testing at the end of the year to pass the course is simply unnecessary.
Passing the course shall be determined by having an average year-round grade of 70 or higher, and advancing to the next grade shall be determined by having an average year-round grade of 70 or higher in every required core class (Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, and English).
