Bank of America - false promises of loan modifications/ absurd number of repeat requests for applications or documents from customers that BOA already has/non-existing customer service (new loan officer every couple months, some who admit to robo-signing). Foreclosing on the customer while in the mist of the promised modification.
For our beloved homes....please look further into these horrible business practices.
