Millions of home owners have been unable to get a modifications or refinance their homes and have fallen into foreclosure because the banks have swindled Americans out of their homes. We need to make the banks accountable.for this. There is no program in place that helps all home owners keep their homes or the people who are 1 or 2 yrs behind in their mortgages because they couldn't get a modification ,have high interest rates and now are forced to file bankruptcy as a means to stay in their house. Millions are losing the American dream. Americans are suffering at the hands of the banks . The Banks need to be penalized .
