Banks should pay for pharmaceutical company research and disability payments until cures are found for mental illness.

Created by Y.Y. on July 13, 2012

Since the banks have profited mightily from the government propups, perhaps they should help the government out by taking over disability payments to those on SSDI and SSI. The banks pay, not the government.

In addition, to speed the search for a cure, the banks should fund pharmaceutical research into cures for people with disabilities.

This should incentivize the banks to find a cure for mental illness and other disabling illnesses, and will lessen the cost of the medication or cure to those who need it in the future.
