It’s about EDUCATION and education is about the MIND ( The human consciousness that originates in the brain and is manifested especially in thought, perception, emotion, will, memory, and imagination )
More focus on education of parents ( parenting of children ), education of young generation, kindergarten, elementary school, middle high to high school.
Banning the firearms do not prevent people from killing other people.
Airplanes were used to kill thousands of people on September 11, 2001.
