Loads of foreigners (like me) have been utilizing We The People to register petitions that are irrelevant to the aim of the website. E.g. https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/invest-and-deport-jasmine-sun-... is a petition by Chinese people who simply do not understand the concept of due process and national sovereignty. Given their numbers they could easily summon enough votes for any stupid petition. Therefore I hope their IP be banned to avoid overhauling the website and masking relevant issues. Since I'm Australian, if I don't get to see you again, that means this petition has worked.
