Bar all corporations that have been fined by our government from getting tax breaks or incentives until they pay up.

Created by K.K. on July 30, 2013

It's simple, many corporations avoid taxes and many have been fined in our courts yet have failed to pay what they owe to our government.

We all know this, Exxon being the most famous with the Valdez oil spill March 24, 1989 at Prince William Sound in Alaska, being fined $5.25B; they've yet to pay their due. The worst part is they're given huge tax breaks and incentives. Business as usual. BP and other companies have been fined and we really don't see the money, ever, mainly due to protections from Congress.

My idea is simple: bar all companies, foreign or domestic from receiving any tax breaks, incentives, relief or bail outs if they fail to pay the full amount owed plus interest. Also to bar the same if these companies use foreign banks and offshore holdings to avoid taxes.
