Created by H.R. on December 12, 2012

This is to bar employers/executives from requesting a reason for approval of vacation/personal/off time of an employee, without stipulations, vacation time withholding, or a frivolous excuses by employer. And if a employer does find out what the employee is doing on their off/vacation/personal time, Depending on action of employee at that time of vacation, he or she "The Employee" does not have any sort of ridicule, harassment, repercussion or negative consequence acted on them from co workers/management/executive or any superior. We deserve to spend our own time, within reason of the law, on what WE want to do, and we shouldn't have to have approval on what we do on our off time by superiors at the work place. We should have the right to do what we want within reason.
