AT&T has awful customer service and they raise their rates on everything continuously. DirecTv has excellent customer service, as well as programming. Allowing AT&T to buy out DirecTv will surely diminish the satellite provider's customer service. AT&T already has broadband majority in over 22 states. AT&T owns a trust called AT&T Communications Trust, which owns 65% of ComCast! The FCC did not allow Sprint and TMobile to merge because it would limit the Nation to 3 major cell phone service providers. If the FCC allows AT&T to buy DirecTv (a major competitor), there will only be 3 satellite providers, and AT&T already owns one of those. Do not allow AT&T to become a monopoly!!!
