The goal of this petition is to have Hillary R. Clinton barred from holding or running for any public office while any of the following conditions exist:
A: Hillary R. Clinton or her staff either as Secretary of State or Presidential 2016 campaign are under investigation or awaiting trial/testimony at the Federal level of criminal negligence, dereliction of duty, and/or failure to prevent the compromising of classified information in the State Department, during her tenure as Secretary of State.
B. Any investigation of her husband, Bill Clinton, for violating State and/or Federal laws on electioneering is ongoing.
C. Any investigation of Debbie Wasserman Schultz for illegal practices involving election tampering is ongoing.
