The NSA while under direction of James Clapper, and Kieth Alexander have proven they are unwilling to enforce the Constitution of the United States by repeatedly and systematically violating the fourth amendment of the constitution. This criminal misbehavior proves them unsuited to holding any public office where their principle concern is to uphold this very same constitution.
