Bar people from voting 10 years when they write a petition on this site that is blatantly Unconstitutional in the U.S.

In the list of petitions on this website two of the petitions wanted to either "strip the citizenship" and/or "deport or exile" American citizens that sign a petition to secede their State from the Union. This is blatantly Unconstitutional in the United States. These two petitions should be stripped from the list. It is this type of ignorance from approximately 50% of the voters in the 2012 Presidential election that has sparked this campaign of petitions for States to secede from the Union.
