We the People ask the Obama Administration to establish groud-rules for the use of this petition website, specifically:
Require all participants pass a test which prooves the petitioner knows how the Constitution is supposed to work;
Disallow petitions that ask for executive orders to be written;
Disallow petitions that ask for federal laws to trump state laws;
Disallow petitions that ask for the revocation of any part of the Bill of Rights;
Disallow any petition that otherwise asks for favors, hand-outs, laws and orders to be created by the President in violation of Constitutional Law.
