We the people of Houston wish to bar the use of roman numerals in Super Bowl 52. We feel that by using the roman numerals "LI" we would be creating mass confusion across the nation. Not many people are familiar with the full spectrum of roman numerals. Most people only know the "X" and "I" and "V" characters, and when you start throwing in foreign characters such as "L" into the game, well then you have an epidemic on your hands. We face the risk of mass confusion, or worse. People could feel inferior because they do not know these complicated characters, they could be mocked by their friends and family for their inferior knowledge of roman numerals, and nobody wants to be mocked by their friends at a Super Bowl party. Keep it simple America, avoid nationwide panic, use regular numbers.
