The Constitution does not permit the use of Executive Privilege to abolish or change except for informal changes. President Obama's anti-gun agenda would require a FORMAL CHANGE to the Constitutions 2nd Amendment and thus, executive privilege is null and void and would require Congressional, Senate and Supreme Court votes to make such a change.
