Mr. Obama's statements and bipolar actions seem to indicate that he has several mental disorders that need to be diagnosed, and treated.These disorders also seem to prevent Mr. Obama from carrying out the duties required for the office of President.Therefore, We The People demand that he submit for mental evaluations, performed by impartial experts, and the results made public.If the results show that Mr. Obama does in deed have ANY mental issues, he should then resign from the office of President immediately, and seek treatment.
