Many designers have stopped using fur in their designs, but many still do. Balenciaga, Burberry, Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Dior, Gucci, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, & Yves Saint Laurent, are among the high-end designers that still use fur and it is time for them to stop. Over 50 million animals are killed for fur each year. Most are held in captivitiy their entire lives just to be killed in the ending for their fur. 10 million dogs & cats are killed in a year, which is sickening. Most animals are still alive when they are being skinned, which is extremely cruel. Most animals are killed when they are 7-10 months old which is when their winter coats grow. Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom please stop buying & selling fur it is inhumane.
