I am saddened that a person can have several children and not uphold responsibility! A person who does not pay child support should not be able to live in subsidized housing and receive food assistance! I was lead to believe you must be on a work program to receive benefits! I'm interested in how you will enforce child support to deserving single moms and dads and get the lazies up and working! I'm proposing if you don't pay child support you get no special benefits!
