Recently there has been a large amount of rainwater constantly pouring down on the Southeast United States. Low-lying areas such as New Orleans have felt the full effect of this torrent. Some places out west, like California, could use all this excess water to fight fires or for public use. We have the technology to make this water clean for the millions that would use it, we just need to get the water to them.
