I believe the reason why we are losing a lot of jobs in the U.S. is because corporations continue to outsource their jobs abroad which has become out of control. As long as this happens, corporations will continue to lay off workers to make more profit. This maybe good except that most of the workers do not really benefit from this increase profit, but only a handful of people that get hefty bonuses at the end of the year, so that the rich gets richer and the middle class either stays where they are or they become broke because they lose their jobs. What I am proposing is to impose higher taxes to corporations that lay-off workers based on the number of workers they had laid off for the year and in return give tax breaks based on the number of US employees they hire for the year.
