The cost of Tickets and fines, by Law enforcement or federal officials should vary depending on the citizen's income.
The idea that all citizens receive the same fine for a certain misdemeanor or felony resembles this country's Equality, but what about Justice?
For Example, if a very wealthy citizen is driving an expensive car recklessly and is pulled over, he is fined $400 for his actions. The wealthy citizen pays this off with ease and without any regrets as $400 is almost nothing compared to his income.
If the citizen is earning a feeble pay, that said citizen would receive a fine that would be able to be paid off.
I believe that my Petition promotes true Justice for all, rather than our current system that resembles Equality.
